Membership

The Trust’s object is to advance the education of the public in the preservation and the historical and cultural importance of Cwmhir Abbey through the provision of information, events, research and continued learning.

As well as giving support to the Trust’s object, as a member you will receive:

• Early notification of on-line and local AHT hosted talks and field trips organised by the Trust
• An annual members update on Trust activities, the opportunity to influence the Trust’s research and a summary of AGM proceedings for those unable to attend
• Free access to all Online Talks
• Discounted rate of £12 (normal price £18) for ‘Abbeycwmhir: History, Homes and People’ Book

The Trust also provides:

• A public facing newsletter summarising its research and community activities
• The opportunity for volunteers to become involved in research activities associated with the Trust’s aims
• Provision of training events associated with the Trust’s research
• Access any publications of AHT research
• An annual memorial service for Llywelyn ap Gruffydd
• Community heritage outreach activities
